We are applying to run a youth group for young people within the Kirkconnel and Kelloholm Youth Group. The residential will be aimed at young people 12–18 who already engage through the youth group who are either currently known to be living in poverty or who are considered 'at risk' of exclusion from school or anti-social behaviour within the community. The group will be responsible for going on a residential that takes them out their comfort zone but provide opportunities and life experiences to do something different
