The project will support 200 return journeys for individuals who need transport to reach a variety of destinations that would otherwise be difficult for them due to a lack of public transport links, living in a rural location, disability or affordability. Even the opportunity to get some shopping, visit a dentist, podiatrist or hairdresser - ordinary everyday events for most of us may pose an insurmountable challenge to the elderly and/or disabled.
