The Little Changes project will engage with primary school children from Gretna in five 10 week blocks per year until 2020/21 and will assist in tackling the Scottish Governments “Lets Make Scotland More Active” strategy of ensuring that 80% of those under the age of 16 will meet the minimum level (1 hour) of daily moderate activity by 2022.
