SHAX 'Volunteer Plus' will support volunteers with training which can be transferred to the workplace, including soft skills such as building confidence and resilience. At our Dumfries base (Merrick House at The Crichton) we will provide the opportunity for volunteers to meet new people, learn new skills and be active (depending on the role they choose).
