Equip is a youth led organisation, based in Dumfries and Galloway, which works to provide young people with opportunities for personal growth through skills based learning, mentoring and international development. Skills Bag is a 12 week programme that aims to bring young people living in deprived and rural communities together to build and develop their soft skills through group work, entrepreneurship challenges and mentoring.
